Chick-fil-a - Pecq Le

Drive thru took forever. Order staff didn’t know what they were doing and could barely use the tablets. Normally most chick fil a’s we visit are on point and even some obviously have minor issues. However, this one EVERYONE there were running around with either a confused or lazy facial expression like they didn’t even want to be there. Thank God i was just passing through town. Management needs improvement

Ordered at 11:35 AM on 05/10/2024. Order was prepared within ten minutes. Once I was back on the road, I found that my order was missing items. I repeatedly called this location in hopes of getting a refund, but no one answered. Worst experience at a Chick-fil-A in recent memory.
