La Dulce Vida Raspados - Pembroke Pines

I used to frequent this restaurant for over two years, enjoying empanadas almost every weekend. I also frequently shopped at Bravo and would always buy raspado or chicha. However, one day I asked for chicha without ice and was met with a disappointing response from an employee who assumed I was still in Venezuela. Despite my confusion, the employee refused to serve me a chicha without ice, stating that she could not fill my glass without it. This level of ignorance led me to decide to stop going to this restaurant, a decision that ultimately cost them a customer. I would have given them zero stars, but I did enjoy my time there in the past.

I really enjoy the outstanding service and high-quality products at this restaurant! Their breakfasts and juices are top-notch.

Super terrible service, I have arrived 40 minutes before closing time, and the girl refuses to serve me because she said that she had the machine already clean. I am really disappointed that I spend my time getting to this place that will obviously never happen again
