Mcdonald's Restaurants - Pembrokeshire

One had already had an evening meal. But as soon as I laid my eyes on this McDonald’s I couldn’t resist. I walked through the doors a little startled by all the Halloween decorations lol ! I sat down and ordered through my mobile device. One ordered a Big Mac with fries and a coke… I waited 2 minutes at my table until a member of staff delivered my food and apologised for the long wait. That’s right apologised. For two minutes. I was astonished! I couldn’t believe it. A smile came to my face before I tucked into my meal. it was a bad day to be a Big Mac lol ! I left feeling nourished and full. Thank you McDonald’s because I was lovin it!!

I am once again disappointed with this restaurant. In the past few weeks, there have been multiple issues such as opening late, running out of popular drinks, and mixing up orders. I only ever order large cappuccinos and frequently visit McDonald's in Caerphilly and St Clears, where I always enjoy consistently good drinks. I hope that Pembroke McDonald's can improve and resolve their issues soon.

I’d give it a zero if I could customer service was shocking food looked like it had been kicked around the kitchen then used as a basket ball before throwing it at me

They get my food wrong and they rapped my chicken mayo wrong I wait 30 minutes for a chicken mayo chips and a drink and my chicken mayo was half eaten

Food was cold as anything some burgers didn’t have seeds on them. And my friend ordered a ham burger and it had no ham or lettuce or cheese. It did not fill us up
