It was okay, but a little boring. it was just toast and avocado that was okay, but would have been nice with some vegan options
Don 't bother. The food was horrible. When we arrived the waiter gave us a look that said go away then dragged his feet behind him and stretched out to give us the menus across a table before we even sat down at one. He was so rude, which is a great feat in a country where the population is so friendly and always smiling.
I don't know how better to describe the awful taste of the tofu wrap than bleeding gums. The peanut sauce was watery, only veg was cabbage and carrot. The menu said it had coriander but both our wraps came without. We asked the chef and he said someone put it on the menu but that's not how he cooks it. The staff all had the flu incl. chef.
The food was alright but the chips that came with the tofu wrap had a really odd metallic taste that stayed on my mouth for ages so couldn’t eat those.
Tigerlilly’s deserves 5 stars! Unfortunately I only discovered this restaurant the night before leaving but this would definitely be my first choice on the island if I came back (I wouldn’t even bother to go somewhere else, most restaurants were rather disappointing . My first impression was already great- beautiful and elegant garden restaurant, modern and tastefully furnished, nice smell of incense, nice music in the background. Waiter friendly and fast, seemed to understand vegan concept. Best fresh papaya juice without sugar since I came to Bali (I’ve tried many! , finally not a watery taste but still nicely chilled. I ordered the Asian salad since I had a craving for raw food and Tempe and it was a great choice. Finally some fresh greens, sprouts, herbs, peanuts, sweet cherry tomatoes and lime, topped with loads of lightly fried coconut oil Tempe, fused to a healthy salad bowl. Next time I will definitely try their breakfast smoothie bowls, Nasi Campur, vegan curry with fresh coconut milk, samosas etc. (For the vegetarians out there-the pizzas the people next to my table ordered looked amazing! Pretty sure they can make them without cheese. They cook fresh! Go there
