Denny's - Pensacola

(Before I start, there were only 8 customers in the entire place). We waited about 5 minutes for someone to come seat us, then another 5 minutes for our waiter to take our drink order, and then another 6 minutes for a glass of water and a sweet tea, then another 5 minutes for her strawberry smoothie. Drinks, finally sorted and food ordered we only waited a few minutes for the food. The food was terrible too. The eggs were cooked to death, The bacon was hammered and can't figure out how they burnt the meet in the omelet without melting the cheese. The crowning jewel though was the stack of pancakes. They were excellent. Overall though I will never go there again! Oh and we got charged $2 for a bottled water and aren't sure if it was or not because it was in a normal glass.

Alexis was our waitress this morning for a wonderful breakfast. She was the absolute best we have ever had. She was amazing with my kids and so patient. The way she anticipated our needs were unmatched! You have a treasure in her! Thanks so much Alexis!!

It is always very slow service here. The servers are very nice, I think they are just understaffed. The food was cold and had to be sent back. We come back primarily for the Bourbon chicken which is so delicious. Easy place to bring kids just be aware you are going to be there a while.

We hardly ever get up and out for breakfast on a Sunday morning but Hubby wanted to go to Cracker Barrel. We were about to pass Denny 's and he said just go there after you hang around good people who introduce you to finer dining with better service and food you will see why I frown at Denny 's. Anyway.... We stopped even though I really didn 't want to and let 's just say THEY CAN TOTALLY MISS ME FROM NOW ON. At first the atmosphere was okay but then when the AM staff started coming in, it got loud, and you can tell it was time to go but.... Hubby said just stay it 's ok This plastic was in his pancakes and when we brought it to the attention of the server, she acted like we put it there and she wasn 't the most pleasant on this good SUNDAY morning

I come here all the time , and I love the food . The service here is very good .. Sarah is one of the waitresses here and she is absolutely fabulous!!! She’s kind and is always smiling and she’s just a good hearted lady!!! She also make her customers comfortable no matter what … There should more waitresses just like Sarah!! She is a very hard worker,, never complains.. thank you Sarah for all your hard work and your hospitality
