McDonald's - Penticton

Never had a bad experience here. Only once did my order get messed up.. but they made it right. Staff always seem to be laid back and easy to deal with. Thanks for being awesome Penticton, McDonald's. I appreciate you. PS: they make my custom iced coffee exactly right every time.

Always will be my all time fast-food joint, some might disagree. Been one of my favorites since I was a kid, staff is quite helpful to a degree since they're always on the move, but a bit crowded of late not trying to discredit them. But some guidelines need to be redone.

Mark the manager! What a great act of kindness shown to a person in need! You ROCK! Was so nice to see YOU be kind in this crazy world! We are all humans no one better then anyone else. Who ever his boss is this man deserves an award!

Disappointed in the attitude of the employee tonight. The only thing that runs 24 hours over these McDonalds is the light-up sign. Says that around the clock is often closed. Rolled until the ride in the early morning and was told by an employee, they are... closed. Politically, our frequent frustrations never explained to know whether they are open or closed, as the shield is always up, and the entrance was not blocked, and we were hit with silence. Instead of answering us and knowing everything that could be useful for future visits, or even pretending we were simply ignored. In addition, if the entry was blocked, the employee would not even have to contact us via the speaker. They are not always bad service when they are open, they are great, but why not change the sign, hours, or simply acknowledge a customer concerns. We just wanted delicious late night burgers after work, and we were mcBurgled.

The longest time waiting in the drive thru..food was incorrectly prepared and coffee cup had a lot of coffee spot in the bottom of my cup... it is very bad service and very bad run resteraunt. owners should be damaged
