On a Thursday evening in Valberg not much open So we opted for Chalet Suisse where we ate a very good raclette Pleasant and welcoming staff Of course it's a little more expensive than elsewhere but that's not a surprise Surely see you next time
Small hotel ideally located and charming. The two people at reception are very friendly and welcoming. The room is comfortable. Big downside on the breakfast bill 18 euros. At 9 a.m. the buffet was almost empty, you had to ask the waitress... it's really boring, I don't understand why the waitresses don't bother to restock regularly instead of staying in the office. I don't like to reclaim it. And what's more, it wastes time and the quality is mediocre for the price.. the pastries are not cooked, the bread is still frozen inside, only industrial. It's a shame there is a small bakery right next door with fresh, homemade products.
With friends we love this place, at the beginning of the season the service was a little long but we dine there again on Saturday evening, and noticed a net change As every time we go to this establishment we spend a nice time, around a good fondue and a raclette. This time we tested the salmon goat (only in Valberg it’s so pleasant to find a change! Thank you to Mary for her warm welcome.
