Didn't get my cookies, second time this has happened

I typically ask for avocado on my sandwich and it's often missing when I receive it. However, this time, the avocado that I ordered was actually on the sandwich...

It was disappointing to see the sandwiches we received compared to the photos on the website. They were unrecognizable and not what we were expecting.

No avocados on sandwich, not toasted. tasted stale

I don't think that sick will ever go to another subway, they always remember my order and are friendly and efficient. Amazing service

Alex was a great server! He really knows how to make a great sandwich and with a smile! He even has a joke or two on his sleeve. I will definitely come back
