Subway - Peoria

I always have a good experience at this Subway location. I recently made the best sandwich for myself and enjoyed it.

I always receive excellent service from this establishment, but today I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by one particular employee. I left the restaurant at 5:30 after ordering 2 subs online. Unfortunately, there was an error with the app and it duplicated one sandwich, resulting in two cold cut trios instead of the cold cut trio and ham and cheese that I had intended to order. Today had already been a difficult day for me, as I was reminded of my daughter who passed away two years ago. Despite my frustration, I approached the employee and explained the situation calmly, emphasizing that I was having a tough day and needed the mistake to be corrected. The employee showed great compassion and promptly fixed the error, going above and beyond to make sure that I didn't have to deal with any more stress. While I didn't catch his name, I hope that his kindness and understanding will be recognized by the management. This may seem like a small gesture to some, but it meant everything to me. I visited this Subway today and I have to say, it's been a while since I had such a satisfying experience. I was really impressed with the quality and presentation of the sandwich. The two employees working there were polite and efficient.

You can eat, take it to go, and they have a banquet delivery option for your business efforts. Whatever you need Subway has it.
