The Pickle Factory - PEPIN

This wasn't very good service the last two times we went here. Food was good and waitress was good. But very disorganized for seating, we almost left. It seems like much has changed in the past three years. To bad I love the view and we try to frequent pickle factory about 10 times a year.

Good food. Server was very personable and attentive.

It is a very nice place to grab a few drinks and relax on the lake fast service great food and the deep fried pickles spears are the best.

The food is always amazing. You have to get the fried pickles and if you're wanting a great burger, this place never disapoints. 5 stars for food, 2 stars for service. The last few times I've stopped, the staff openly argues with each other in front of patrons, they ignore you when you come in the door, and I hope you don't have to use the restroom while you're there. The kitchen staff are in such a hurry that they will bump you out of the way. Food is great, terrible customer service.

The Pickle Factory is a stellar place to eat. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is excellent and the food is absolutely amazing. My only complaint is that every restaurant isn't as wonderful as this one. Highly recommend a visit!!
