Jerseys Gameday Grill - Perrysburg

As a first-time visitor, I was thoroughly impressed! The restaurant has a fun sports bar theme and offers daily specials. We went on a Thursday when they featured half-pound burgers, and they were cooked perfectly to our specifications. The buns were surprisingly delicious, too. The burgers were seasoned just right, and the fries were crispy and golden brown, cooked in fresh oil. We also tried the wings, which were large, spicy, and juicy, not at all soggy like you often find at other places. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our food came out hot and quickly. I can't wait to return for another meal. Thank you for a great experience!

The food was excellent. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger that was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. My friend had a Southwest chicken sandwich, which he found to be just the right level of spice and really enjoyed. The only reason I couldn’t give a full five-star rating was due to our server. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but she only checked on us twice after we ordered. We had planned to catch a movie after our meal, but by the time we finally got her attention and received our bill, it was too late to make it. On a positive note, I noticed they had TVs showing just about every sport imaginable. We plan to return, and hopefully, the service will be better next time.

Based on other reviews, this restaurant seems to have some issues with service. However, as far as sports bars go, Jersey is quite nice, featuring over 50 TVs. Although it initially seemed understaffed, a server named Michael from another section came by and provided excellent service, enhancing our experience. The food, especially the grilled chicken salad and burger, was very good and arrived just 12 minutes after we ordered. Jersey has the potential to be a top-notch sports bar; they just need to improve staffing and increase management presence in the dining area.
