Tim Hortons - PERTH-ANDOVER

At 1 pm, December 27th, 2023, we decided to make a quick stop at this Timmies and also gas up. Irving was right beside so it was convenient. The washrooms were super clean, staff were very nice and served us with a smile. Sandwich was prepped well, unlike the ones we sometimes get in Toronto. We are VERY pleased with the service we received. I wished I ordered a second sandwich! Hats off to the owner/manager and most especially the staff who served us. We will make it a point to stop here on our next travel. Happy Holidays! :

Power had been out all night and came back on at 4a.m.. went there at 5 and lady came out att 5.35 and said they would be an hour before they opened. At 6.45 noticed people who were going through the drive-thru, so walked up to window to ask what was going on and crazy lady tried to run me over!! She actually ran over my foot but I had steel toed boots on! Obviously she needed her coffee! Last time going there for me!

This store seems to be way understaffed, seen many people walk out frusterated by wait times, one employee working front counter and preparing drinks at the same time.. but then again all tim hortons seem to be this way lately!

They are so understaffed, but in a small town, it is hard to find people who will work. Be patient. They are busy here in the morning, and they do the best they can.
