Contribuisci feedbackI had a very negative experience with the cleanliness and hygiene at this restaurant. The plates in the stack were not properly washed and still had oil and food residue on them. I had hoped that our food would be served on a clean dish, but that was not the case. We had to cancel our dine-in experience and take our food home. I couldn't help but think that if the cutlery was visibly dirty, then there could be concerns about the food preparation in the kitchen. I will not be returning to this Nandos location again.
The dining experience at this restaurant is inconsistent when ordering takeout. I frequently visit because it is the closest to my home. The staff is consistently friendly and polite. The food tastes better when dining in. The vegetarian options, particularly the large pre-marinated chicken, are delicious and go well with burgers or salads.
Not sure what happened but the front counter lady’s face looked like someone just died.
The worst customer service ever at this Nandos with the staffs on a Saturday 7/05/20201) First of all, the fat dude did not show any energy at all and motivation to work. He was like dragging his whole body to deliver my plate.2) Taking my orders for him sounded like a chore. No smile at all.3) Seeing me the first client coming in did not seem to enjoy him much.Out of this experience a total 0.1/10. Mate, if you do not wish to work, stay home and laze all day. Don’t bring in your negative vibe in society where my morning meal is important to me!!
I recently visited Nando's and had a terrible experience. The tables were sticky, the chicken burger with avocado had very little avocado on it, and the bungalow was definitely not fresh - it was old and hard. I would not recommend wasting your money at this Nando's.
