Tim Hortons - Peterborough

Absolutely disgustingly dirty, bathrooms are very dirty I wouldn't even let my dog use it, never mind a HumanMy chicken caeser wrap, was terribleChicken was dried out tasted like sawdust, hard, threw it in the garbage. Used to be good here...not anymore sadly, won't be back ever.I have a good mind to contact the health department!

If you have a specific food you want in mind, don’t even bother going to this location. They are always out of everything, service is terrible and if they do have what you want they will make you the wrong thing anyways.

Doesn’t make sense why the drive through is always open during the day but half the time in-store is closed. Trash service.

This Tim Horton is probably one of the worst ones my family has been to. My daughter was there today at 2.35 to pick up a few drinks to bring back home. First, is started with an incredibly rude drive thru person, speaking to her, with a condensing tone, then not only did they miss drinks, you cannot even read whatever they wrote all over the cups. It's just such a terribly ran Tim's. I have been there and the staff has been so rude and the countless times they have forgot something, is just now a joke. Sad to say we should of just stop going all together, but we just kept going. But as of today, and I am sure they really don't care, we won't return to this Tim Hortoms again. And just by service we will probably eliminate many more.

I took the time to go into the restaurant only to stand there for 5 minutes and waited while 8 other employees served the drive through window. When the server actually was ready for me, no smile, how can I help you? No sense of urgency whatsoever! When I thanked her, she she turned and walked away?
