Took 1 hr minutes to bring our food out and there is only 2 of us

I am doing this review just because my husband refuses to do it. But this place is the worst place in customer service. My husband went by himself. He got there at the same time with other families and then another 3 tables arrived. Everyone else got their food and he was waiting for almost one hour and no one got with his food. When he complained and asked to cancel the order. They didn’t apologize or tried to bring his food, they just said that he can go without paying for the coffee. I just hope it wasn’t racial discrimination.

Look, it's an IHOP. We've all been to one and know what to expect. Long waits for okay breakfast.

Food was delivered hot and delicious. Service was excellent!

The place is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. I arrive at 10pm and they say they can't help me because there is no staff to help.
