Pizza Power - Philadelphia

Order was wrong, food was par at best, and after I paid for delivery I had to return order and bc it was wrong and be upcharged bc there computer charged me the wrong amount...and just gave me a special i didn't even order

I ordered a mushroom cheesesteak with fried onions and a order of chicken nuggets. Order came very fast. But there were no mushrooms on my steak anywhere I looked!! So I called back to the store to tell them that there were no mushrooms on my steak.He said wait a minute Ms. I could hear him asking the cook about the mushrooms. Then he comes back to me and said the cook saidthat the mushrooms were in the middle of my steak. And I said there is no mushrooms on my steak. He said yes there is the cooksaid mushrooms are in the middle. WHEN YOU TAKE THE WORD OF YOUR EMPLOYEE OVER A CUSTOMER WHO IS LOOKING AT THE FOOD JUSTDELIVERED SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THAT. THE COOK FORGOT TO PUT MUSHROOMS ON MY STEAK PERIOD!!!! AND LIED ABOUT IT IN FEAR OFGETTING TO TROUBLE PERIOD!! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM PIZZA POWER AGAIN PERIOD!

I had quite an experience at the restaurant! I had to speak very loudly to the short, heavy woman at the register. I ordered a cheesesteak with onions, but ended up getting a gyro with sweet peppers instead. What a mix-up!

This was the worst pizzeria I've ever encountered. I ordered food and waited over an hour for a delivery that never arrived. To make matters worse, they didn't answer any of my phone calls. Eventually, we had to go in person to get a refund. Shaking my head, I’m never ordering from them again.

The food has been excellent every time I've ordered, and I always make an effort to choose something different each time. However, I've noticed that the total can be higher if you pay with a debit or credit card. I recommend using cash to avoid this extra charge.
