Riverside Pizza - Philadelphia

Really nice clean pizza place, you can sit down and eat there if you want. And wow they have the best chicken gyros in Philly. The pizza is also phenomenal! 10/10 I’m excited to try other things on the menu.

I stumbled upon this little restaurant as a last-minute choice, and it turned out to be an excellent decision! I had a slice of pepperoni pizza that was fresh, crisp, and bursting with flavor—a solid 8.5 out of 10. Then, I couldn't resist trying a cheesesteak, especially being in Philadelphia! Wow! The flavor of that sandwich was a perfect 10/10. It had just the right amount of spice, great taste, and enough juice from the meat without soaking through the bread—absolute perfection. To top it all off, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the owner was working and incredibly nice! Great people and a wonderful atmosphere. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come back!

I had an excellent cheesesteak here. The roll was perfectly soft but dense enough to prevent it from becoming soggy from the juices. The portion of steak was generous, and there was just the right amount of cheese. It was a bit messy and tricky to handle, which is a sign of its deliciousness. There's nothing worse than a dry cheesesteak, but luckily that wasn’t an issue at all. The prices were also reasonable.

I ordered takeout, and the steaks were absolutely amazing!
