Southside Pizza 52nd Street Bistro

Customer service was excellent, 10/10!! I felt like the person on the phone was a friend LOL. They deserve a raise! The Doordash driver was also great. The Medium Cheese Pizza was well done and delicious as advertised. The 10 Piece Buffalo Wings Platter was small but tasty. The fries were soft, which I love, just be aware there is no salt or pepper. My little brother loved the chocolate brownies.

I was disappointed with my 10-Piece Buffalo Wings Platter. The wings were very small and fried too hard, with the hot sauce barely present. The fries were greasy and lukewarm, not hot. I will not be ordering food from this restaurant again, as it was a waste of money.

My hoagie roll veggies were fresh. But, stars had to be removed for the very, very small amount of meat (3.5 slices of meat) on it! Not worth $12. Th8s store failed! Big time failure! Where is the meat? Disappointed! 2nd time this store overcharged for their food. If you apos;re really craving food or want to be happy 100%, don apos;t order from here!

The chicken wing platter was excellent, with perfectly cooked chicken.

This was one of the coupons. They paid attention to the comments and gave me exactly what I asked for. And its still warm. Thank You!
