Volver - Philadelphia

Volver is always a culinary adventure, pairing it is core Garces-influenced menu with a constant selection from the latest guest chef. The curated special cocktails are incredible and creative. But the absolute best feature of Volver is incredible, attentive, best-in-city waitstaff.

We sat in the bar area on a window along the street. The restaurant was remarkably cool. It took a while until the server came, but then the service was good. The food was interesting, but not remarkable, and the whole experience was somewhat disappointing.

Limited menu. No, no, no, no. Not very inviting space. Spotty service.

Food came exceptionally fast, and it was beyond delicious, my eyes rolled back so far with every bite I could see my brain. The smooth operator cocktail had me very attractive. Overall a great experience and I can't wait to come back!

Had a great experience before seeing Gregory Porter perform. The drinks were well made and tasty. The food was perfect to order (temperature) and was very flavorful. I would absolutely return again. The staff were all friendly and engaging as well.
