Aqua-tots Swim Schools North Phoenix

All I can say is wow! I have 2 young boys who come here and the way they help scheduling is amazing. I take the mommy and me class and they go over so much safety things like boundaries and survival. I only gave 3 stars because some of the coaches are leaving and it makes it a little hard to find make ups.

I would not recommend. My son (now 5 years old) has been going there for over 1.5 years and we just cancelled. We should have cancelled much sooner. instruction isn't effective. Son never even learned to float on his back here. My son had more fun and learned a lot more through public pool lessons where 2 weeks of lessons cost less than a single session here. instructors change quite often they'll cancel classes without much notification classes are supposed to be 30 minutes. My son's most recent instructor had ended the last 2 classes after 20 minutes and 23 or 24 minutes. can get issued makeup classes but when going to schedule those classes it shows many times as unavailable. Most available times are during normal working hours. I wanted to use my son's makeup lessons before cancelling but when I saw that I decided that to just count those as losses and it would be better to just cancel now.

Years here and worth every penny. The staff is fantastic, and professional. The kids love their instructors, and as anyone can see when visiting the number of families tell the worth. Come on by and give them a try. Worth it.

Aqua-Tots is INCREDIBLE! Our daughter loves her instructors and everyone is professional, caring, and attentive. We're so happy we're part of the Aqua-Tots North PHX family!

Frequent turnover.The teachers are ineffective and constantly looking up at the clock.They end classes early and start them late.The teachers talk to each other during class and take time away from instruction.It is very very very difficult to advance due to the teachers being so ineffective. Save the outrageous $6/min of actual instruction time and go somewhere else. I would not come back here after trying them twice.
