Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Phoenix

This restaurant is terrible. I ordered steak fried rice and the meat was undercooked. I definitely will not be returning.

Oh man. It's Friday evening, and all you want after a tough week is to grab some lettuce wraps, head home, unwind, and enjoy your dinner. But it all goes sour when you realize you were given the wrong order. Isn't that just the worst? I really wanted to enjoy my drunken noodles instead of the lettuce wraps, but they turned out to be too spicy for me. Looks like I'll be using DoorDash next time. This was my last time ordering from Pei Wei in Madison. (I'll give it 2 stars for the service, since Susan promised to refund my money and was apologetic.)

Used to love this restaurant before the whole remodel and restructure of this restaurant. Now the food is boring and the portions are small. The remodel ruined the ambience. It's just a soulless, tasteless place to eat sub par fast food Asian confusion food.

For a chain they are consistent, friendly and helpful on every visit.
