Open up the dining room or at least take off the ?walk ups allowed? sign off the door. Your discomfort with homeless people only loses you money. Plenty of people with money to spend walk everywhere. Take your misleading sign down or open up the lobby!!

I ordered three meals but they all arrived without any hot sauce, which has happened before.

I ordered the carne asada bowl. It looked spectacular but the rice and beans were dry AF.

I ordered a grilled beef sandwich and fries. The fries could have used some salt. The sandwich only had meat and guacamole, no lettuce or tomatoes. I didn't realize I needed to ask for them. The restroom was clean and there were no public transportation options nearby.

Older Lady that has been taking orders has the most horrible customer service ever. Just as a simple eye contact she couldn?t even do that and if you try telling her she?s being rude she?ll try to refuse food. She tried telling me to leave because I simply told her she was being rude. That older lady won?t make it far with that attitude. She needs to take classes in how to manage customer service.
