It is made with frozen peas, corn and carrots with a mixture of something that comes off like coleslaw in a bag, that was a big disappointment. my rice and beans was dry. The curry chicken was the only thing that was good.
I guess maybe they serve their to go order the really dry food that they may have made a mistake on and give the perfected food to dine in. The chicken was just okay minimum flavor but the hot sauce helped, the rice would've been better but was sooo dry, luckily I ordered a side of oxtail gravy and added it in to help with that. Cabbage was watery and minimum flavor as well. Macaroni was pretty tasty best thing on the plate. Not the best jerk food I've had, but then again I have had some really good jerk places back home in Chicago so my expectations probably were high and they didn't fulfill. Also when you leave a not so good review they will reply trying to justify why the food was basically nasty lol. Good luck hopefully they find a way to upgrade the flavor and dryness
Never had a bad experience at ocho rios. food is always amazing, service is great 10/10
The rum punch and mango mimosas was delicious. Hands down the curry goat, if you can handle spice, was the best thing on the menu. The staff were welcoming and friendly so I am definitely looking forward to my next

I loved the atmosphere from the moment I opened the door the lighting music and vibes were perfect. The waitress was kind and checked on us. The food was absolutely flavorful and delicious.. I had ordered Jerk chicken plate with Mac and cheese side with sweet plantain and potato salad it was chefs kissss so yummy !! I can’t wait to go back with my family.
