I never leave reviews, but wanted to comment on the excellent customer service in this place. Once I got in, I felt welcome and comfortable. The employees pretended they really loved their job and had positive attitudes. It's hard to find this today, so it's refreshing. These are the little things! Sandwich was good?

Service was good, but then there was only me to eat here again. The meatball was terrible! An 8 in sub and medium drink for $12 and I only eat half the rest in the garbage. Fear to try other sandwiches, but maybe another day

I have an online order... Ordered 3 sandwiches for my family plus 2 chips and a potato salad. I wanted to pick up the order and I was told to check the bag before I left. I didn't. I really should have because who did the job, I didn't care what pages I ordered. I immediately called the store when I came home and asked for a refund of the pages that were not included. I was told to call the next day and the employee seemed confused about what to do. She called her manager and I heard that the manager says there's nothing I can do while the employee told me that the situation is being treated. I will change my review if this situation is actually dealt with. You have good food, but if all sides were not included in the meal, then it is not worth going here and losing money

Feels like I have been ripped off because I bought a groupon and still paid the same even if I didn?t buy one. Hmmm. So my total was $24 and the Groupon was for $20. So shouldn?t I be paying only $4 then. Well he charged me $13. I?m still confused. I bought a 24 inch sub number 1. I also got a 8 inch number 4. I added mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, salt pepper, oregano oil vinegar to all the sandwiches. On mine I also added spinach, banana peppers, onions. The sandwiches were good and filling. They don?t mess around they stuff that sandwich. Also they slice the meat when you order. Don?t even bother getting a Groupon. They have some chairs and tables outside.
