The service was very nice. our waitress samantha was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed at any time. we had a great order with many people, and she was great. I'm never disappointed with top shelf. it is not cheap, but it is worth the quality! I could eat the chips and salsa for lunch, honestly it was so good.
Arriving there at 12:30 on the afternoon on a Sunday many open tables we sat on the terrace that was weather good today. we ordered from the lunch menu it was $11,99 per meal quite reasonable. I ordered a taco salad my son ordered a chimichanga it was the most tasty fast service we had two margaritas also 1 koks. about $60 with top. I recommend 83. and hirschtal peoria arizona. they have a really nice terrace that I felt like I was in a jungle that I could hear birds all the time. they have a bar with sitting opportunities to eat there, as well as it is a fairly large place very popular, they could have a yearly or birthday party etc.
Had the useless waitress madison, she rarely came by, lasted 10 minutes to bring me the rest of my food so my meal became cold. the food she had brought out had long enough to get the buzz around the edges. taco salat was absolutely softened in water and the dish was soggy. I couldn't get her back to the table for extra serviettes or drinks or to remove some big items from the table, so we had a place to place our tellers. finally helped us a busser and he was fantastic. our waitress could not find yet. told her that the cheese was absolutely terrible and mad and she stared at us only confused and took her manager. manager was kim and she was so rude and fighting. I explained the problem with the old cheese and she literally with me when he would make me physically ill. we have gone to the top floor since 2005 and have gone downhill. from the upper regal to the müllbrand. eating is overpriced and makes people sick all the time. some great employees like robert (I think) but the manager is anxious and many of the waiters are just braindead.
Alejandra our waitress was very good. The atmosphere is pleasant and wonderfully geared to set the mood. Unfortunately the Mexican food was subpar. The refried beans were presumably out of a can instead of made fresh on-site. They were dry and pasty. Every item on my plate was drowning in melted cheese including the lettuce, which was served warm instead of cold and fresh. I would guess they microwaved the plate to melt the cheese over everything. The tortillas were dry and stiff. Enough said. I would not recommend it as my wife and I will not return.
