Firehouse Subs Pickerington

The food is amazing. However, the staff and atmosphere leave some to be desired.

Ordered food for 6 online. Upon arrival, food was ready but order was not bagged. They had no sweetener for the drink machine and choices of bottled drinks was very limited. The 2 employees look disinterested in helping us. My sandwich was soggy. I would not recommend Firehouse subs. There are too many other restaurants that serve subs to go here.

Just the right size subs. Enjoyed eating on the patio.

Most times I come here, the food is good, service is fine, and delivered in a timely manner. No real complaints, I go in, get my food, it's good food... Yeah? looks like everything is here and accounted for.
