Tostada Town - Pico Rivera

Great pop-up Mexican Restaurant that serves Tostadas Raspada every other Saturday at the El Rancho Swapmeet in Pico Rivera. The pop-up is located in the parking lot across from the El Rancho high school on Passons Blvd. Business Owner Adriana makes tostadas raspada with pork, and chicken tinga. The Large Tostada which is huge is $7.00 The Smaller Tostada is $5.00 And believe or not, they even have a huge bowl of pork pozole for $5.00. She serves a hibiscus fruit drink called Aqua de Jamaica that is so delicious and taste like it was just brewed. It's only $1.25 a glass. I would not get there too late because she may run out of this delicious food. So glad to find this little gem at the this open market but be sure to check the hours before you make the drive.
