Smoothie King - Pinellas Park

Usually a good experience, though especially frustrating tonight. Made an online order that should have been ready 30 minutes ago. I spoke with the team of young people after 20 minutes of waiting and asked for a refund, but they were unable to give it. Then I asked for the management on duty, but they said no one could help issue a refund, that they’re manager was in Miami for emergency and were unsure of their return. There was a lot of goofing off, laughing, a coworker asked for kale and no one helped her, and they were out of supplies needed to make the smoothie. The night crew, seemed to be led by Logan, was completely unprepared and seemed, accept for one, unmotivated.

Smoothies are good but the drive thru is way too slow

I ordered the mango kale, It was the perfect consistency I think It was a new worker there, she handled it very well, definitely coming back for more !!!!!

I'm very concerned on the fact that there is a long wait time after 6 pm, I can see why though, There's only one person there too do everything. On top of that they're kids, I spent almost 10 minutes waiting for just one smoothie but I don't even blame the worker there, They were completely alone and had to take care of drive through and walk ins, Its A little strange to leave one teenager alone to handle everything.

Ir was my first time visiting this place. IT WAS GREAT!!! My grandkids loved it.I'll take them back tomorrow.Maurice
