Arby's - Pineville

Lady at the window who I believe to be the manager was extremely rude! She asked me to stop talking and cut me off multiple times and even raised her voice at me multiple times. I have never complained about a food experience but this time I feel compelled to warn against the rude service.

The store itself has definitely and FINALLY COME A LONG WAY. OTHERS NEED TO FOLLOW. I am talking about the loan company the tire place popeyes all of yall need to step it upThanks to the ladies there on 1-31-24 time around 145p 245p were awesome

The new mac cheese bits are awsome!! I am a little confused about what time this place closes though. Google sais 10 o 'clock, however; we arrived at the drive through at 9:15pm just to be advised by an Arbys employee that instead, they actually close at 9pm instead of the listed 10pm on Google. Because of this, I attempted to update/edit the business hours Arby 's has listed on Google, but I was informed that my update was NOT ACCEPTED due to FAILED VERIFICATION following googles ' ATTEMPT to contact Arbys for a list of updated business hours.Please specify whether you close at 9 or 10 PM, and either update Google, or your staff to those hours.Thank you.
