Ribcrib Bbq - Pittsburg

I love Rib-Crib but this day was the worst experience I've ever had. My ribs were cold. My mashed potatoes and gravy looked old like they had been sitting around and were cold. The okra however was HOT and delicious. My son's chips were inedible they had a terrible taste and hard as a rock. The restaurant was not busy maybe 15 customers in there. We always look forward to eating there but this was such a a bad experience not to mention the price we paid when it was so bad. We both left food on our plates and we NEVER do that.

Our waitress knew her job and did it well the food was great and the drinks were well made. 5 stars all the way!!

Staff was friendly, helpful. Did not refill water. Busy. Food was good, appropriate temperature.

The food is fine. However, I ordered a pick up but they did not give me cutlery. It 's fine. I can get a fork from my hotel.Then, I found the wipe (actually just package but no wipe) was open (see photo 1). So why you put an empty package that was used by someone else in my order? It 's still fine. A wipe isn 't something necessary.Then guess what? After I start eating, I found a piece of BBQ Napkin from my pulled pork. (Photo 2)?????? Can anyone explain?Finally, what made me feel the saddest was that I gave them a $3 tip when I ordered food online. So sad. I wish I didn 't.

Great ribs. Sides are pretty pricey for what you get though
