Wendy's - Pittsburgh

Absolutely horrible. I ordered from here using uber eats and they got most of the order wrong. Both burgers were wrong despite specific instructions, and they forgot fries and chili. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Very clean inside and a beautiful view. Food was fast and delicious, although the staff seemed a little disorganized.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Took over 35 minutes for what should be fast food. Overdone fries when we got it and the staff didn't care at all. Avoid at all costs if possible.

Piece of **** location and service. Personnel are completely inept and unable to solve problems. The drink machine was either not working or not pouring and nobody could fix it. Food was fast and good but that's not difficult. I didn't get a drink because they don't have the entire drink selection behind the counter. Hate it here. Not coming back. Find a different Wendy's.

Five people near the counter. they are waiting for what they want. You're next. one of the employees looks at her, looks away quickly. they must not be in register. another look in their direction, their excitement piques, then falls when they turn away. it is now 5 minutes ago, you are hungry and desperate. you would like to speak out and ask if they can take your order. they do not fill any other order or cook or clean, they just hang around. their despair reaches a deep, as another worker sees them square in the eye. you give a twisted knot, sure they take my order. they will not be. they won't. Finally, the first employee they looked at goes to the register, and considers that they are an inconvenience in the greatest measure. you will meagier the variety of your job and move, price in the hand. they will reach her car after 10 minutes in the register. you look in the bag. her order is wrong. you decide that eating you don't want is better than going back to this fast food hellscape.
