Mcalister's Deli - Plainfield

I visited this place several times and always had a pleasant experience both in terms of service and food. Today I have placed an online order that was remarkably easy to do by their third party provider. The order came home and lacked 2 page orders. I called the restaurant and spoke to Katia and made arrangements to pick her up. When I came there, Katia came to meet me, apologized (the coming, things were happening and the bag should have been checked by us) and then proceeded not only to provide me with the missing pages, but also gave me 2 VIP cards for future meals and wait for it.... a bag of chocolate chip cookies! This is Class A Service in my book.

Since then we have been open several times and always had a good service and food.

This place is amazing! Very helpful and super friendly staff!

Today my first time McAlisters tried. I understand now why my friends swear on your tea! Her sweet peach tea and tuna sandwich on the Croissant book were both delicious, and the staff was very helpful and friendly on my first trip.

I am so happy to finally have McAlister's in Plainfield! Hubby and I have been here quite a few times and haven't had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and hot, love the chicken and dumpling soup. Service is good for sit down or take out. Love the tea and cookies too!
