Typically, when I go to this place, there are young children working there and they are rude and acting like fools. But I went to midnight tonight and Ronald was absolutely the sweetest professional person I've ever met there. He was so kind when I mentioned that I had forgotten to order an article for my husband and he added it for me. I wish he could train the kids to be the same. Ronald deserves an increase only for more friendly and attentive than any other person there.
I ordered food through my app and selected drive thru as my pick up option. When I got to the drive up speaker I was told I have to come in. My husband and I did not have shoes on and was unable to go in. I expressed that to Marco, the non helpful employee, and he told me the only way I can get my order is to come in or order in the drive thru. Again, I said we weren’t prepared to come in. He said he doesn’t care, he doesn’t deal with app, he only deals with the store. I already paid through the app. He said I had to cancel the order or come in. I wasn’t going to pay again. I then asked how to cancel my order and get my money back. He said I would have to contact tech support to do that. He doesn’t deal with the app. He then shut the window and walked away. We went home, I called the store and after 3 times of me having to call to get someone to answer, it was Marco. I asked him for the store manager and he said I would have to call back the next day after 5pm. I asked for the manager’s name and he said Claudia. I then asked for the email and he said they don’t have one and he can’t give personal information. I started to ask another question and he said can I help you with something else. Marco is rude and not a good example of what I would think the brand would want or maybe Taco Bell doesn’t really care. I’m still trying to get a refund for food I did not get!
Edit: This location decided to become the laziest Taco Bell in existence. Despite mobile ordering at every location in the area, this one decided that you must come inside, and yet they have an inescapable drive-through.. The laziness... It's infinitely easier to just process the mobile order the same way in the drive-through only you don't have to listen to the order. Why they decided to be the only one to make the mobile app completely useless I have no idea.Mobile order was exact and hot when I got there, in and out of the drive through within minutes.
I ordered a spicy potato taco with no cheese, no chipotle sauce. They gave me a taco with no potatoes and no cheese.
Went there ordered my meal with the machine, everything was clear, but got no entrance, so I checked my bank account and saw that it was withdrawn. You couldn't find my order. They gave me an order that I thought was mine and it warned (my mistake) so I go and then they had to fix the order back and forth over me not to pay, but I showed them ny account that the memory number so that they took the food back and again divided the order of one of the guys that prepared the food was snoring comments and thought I could not understand spanish not know I am Hispanic. So they give me the order and their wrong. I paid for two additional chalupas and got two extra hard shells Tacos. I didn't want to give them a bad exam because I thought the order was corrected and would totally put the blame on the system, but before I find out that the order was again wrong as I went out, the GM that was there made it a point to say, hey remember that this was not our fault, but then I got back to work and the order was wrong again after I talked to the mgr and GM. Keep my money, I don't want you to repair it, this location needs restructuring, because this is not the only time that ive had to come back because wrong orders waste my entire lunch break just to fix something. It is the main reason why I switch to the use of the machine because the orders are wrong, I tried to make it easier. Taco Bell was a favorite of me, but now the experience I get on from this place alone does not want me to continue with each of them.
