Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Plano

I know we are in a recession and inflation is out of control and I don 't like writing negative reviews but $13 for 6 pieces of chicken is ridiculous lol.The salad was the best part. They have fresh ingredients chicken was a little dry if I 'm honest.Rice was just okay. Didn 't taste like Greek rice.I 'd go for the pita if I decided to come back. It looked like it was a better value than the feast

We love Greek food in our family. Kostas brothers have been serving Greek food in the metroplex for years. My memory can go back all the way to Gold Finger. This particular place , Taziki’s , me and my son stopped there for lunch and both ordered Greek Salad with chicken. I got plain chicken and my son got Harissa flavored chicken. My salad was tasteless, really didn’t have any flavor, however my sons chicken was much better (Harissa chicken). Overall , it wasn’t bad, it just was not special and didn’t have any Greek food flavor to it.

Ordered a Greek salad for delivery via my work's food program. The food was very tasty. Even though it is a salad, the portions are good and the description was very accurate. I will try something new next time.I will be back.

The portion size is very good. We tried the grilled lamb with the salad and must say it was decent. Not too oily and tasty so if you are watching what you eat, it isn't a bad option . Will be back to try more. Staff were helpful and polite.Food: 4/5

Nice bright colors in the place. Great service upfront from the person who helped me on what to order. The food just fell a little short of 4 or 5 stars. Rice was bland chicken as described to be char-broiled needed more char and the lamb seemed to be a piece of beef skirt steak dried out like jerky......spicy hummus was good and the Mediterranean salad was delicious and the whipped feta was amazing so I think we'll possibly give it another try and see what happens.
