The Gyro Shop - Plano

I loved my chicken platter! The meat was seasoned to perfection. They have a variety of healthy toppings to choose from so you can custom build your platter exactly as you please : The white and red sauces were very flavorful. The red sauce had the perfect amount of heat.

Really wondeful food with incredible service. Brother Hanif never lets me down with his kindness. I got the combo plate with rice and put in cucumbers and cilantro. The rice and meat were just the right texture and NOT oily at all like some other very well known place. I like the option of adding veggies as well. I especially loved the white sauce (felt light) with hot sauce. The staff did not hesitate to give me extra sauce on my to go order. ONLY negative was I felt the chicken had a bit TOO MUCH black pepper but at least it had flavor which I like. I think next time I'll just do the gyro. I definitely will be going back for some more.

Visiting from Tennessee, looking for Halal and stopped to eat here. The customer service was fantastic, I ate the recommended mixed platter and it tasted amazing. I eat at many different Gyro places and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Gyro meal.

I 've had the original Halal Guys cart food on 53rd street NYC multiple times waiting in a mile long line out in the cold winter however I 'm so so HAPPY that this joint The Gyro Guys opened up in my area here in Plano, TX (yay! and more importantly their 'Gyro combo platter ' is much better that H.Guys drizzled with both the white red sauce, it is DELIGHTFULLY delish served with rice, fresh salad, jalapenos and bread A total Flavor and Texture explosion!

Great and delicious food! Would come back for more. I hope they add falafel option on platter and hummus sides on menu and it'll be perfect!
