Wing Daddy's Sauce House - Plano

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Wing Daddy's. We placed an order through DoorDash and only received half of it. When I called to resolve the issue, the manager assured me they would address it and get back to me. However, after waiting for 21 minutes without any follow-up, I tried reaching out again and felt like I was just being passed around without a solution. The manager was unprofessional and did nothing to improve our experience or fulfill our order.

I believe I was served pigeon wings instead of chicken wings; they were the smallest wings I've ever seen, for sure. The flavor was quite unusual—I'm not sure what I ordered, but it was spicy with some sort of dry rub. On the bright side, there were plenty of options on the menu. The onion rings I had were good and generously portioned. The staff was very friendly and quick with their service, and the prices were quite reasonable as well.

As soon as we glanced at the menu, we knew we had to give this place a try—everything looked fantastic! We ordered the ribs and boneless wings, both of which were just as incredible as we had hoped. The service matched the quality of the food. Our server was friendly without being overly familiar, which we appreciated. The restaurant features large UHD flat-screen TVs positioned around the space, ensuring a great view from any seat to catch the latest game. On quieter sports days, it’s also nice to have the option to check out lesser-known extreme sports, along with the reruns and blooper shows that ESPN plays on a loop.

Service is not great, but is not bad. But what killed me is that my Margarita had hair in it. I'm a real germ freak, I almost threw in front of the server. The food was 4/10 Pommes had no taste the boneless wings had no taste either. The bread for the boneless wings had nooooo taste

Wing sauce is to hot. I ordered medium which they don?t have so the waitress said we have mild so I said ok. Well the mild is lip burning ? hot. I also ordered bone In wings and the chicken isn?t that good. I?d recommend a different supplier for their wings. What?s good ? the beer is ice cold and multiple TVs to watch your favorite games. They have a lot of staff on hand but not very attentive. They talk a lot to each other and play on their cell phones. The waitress did offer to replace the 6 out of the 10 wings for a different flavor but again the chicken wasn?t good. If they get a different chicken supplier and offer a mild and medium Buffalo sauce and have a chat with there employees about how to preform customer service and stay busy
