Food was packaged with soft styrofoam on the bottomAnd heavy soups and plastic containers on the top which resulted im ruined mashed food. Pad thai had no pad thai sauce.. as in ZERO. Just noodles. Had to drive back to the location where the manager was “unavailable “ to address my Concerns. Will not go there again and defined do not recommend.
16 dollars for beef fried rice and I had 5 pieces of meet the rice was undercooked . Instead of giving me xtra meat and I'll pay for it. They were like I'll take it off . What joke not coming back again 155. Bucks and u want to give me your left over get the heck out of here and the server didn't even try to make things better . I'm so mad that was an expensive dinner and it was disgusting . I'm posting on social media and I'm calling the BBB
Been coming here over 10 years and was once my favorite sushi spot until today. Ordered my normal sushi and fried rice combo which was great. My wife and daughter decided to order some Ramen which they absolutely hated. Told my server and she said she needed to speak to the manager.. moments later I'm told they would not switch their dish but can only offer 50% off the food. I asked to speak to the manager who only regurgitated the same message to me. It's really disappointing to see what's become of a restaurant I truly enjoyed but clearly is not the same place I was a patron at. And judging by the recent reviews I'm not the only one that has experienced this
Love the settings of the restaurant!! It has a huge bat and the sushi es terrific. I had the Dynamite roll, example and the tempura cheese cake for desert. Also had a Sapporo light beer to wash it down !!Can't go wrong with this place and I recommend it.Definitely going back for more
Pleasant Japanese/Sushi/Thai restaurant in a mall environment. Ample selection of Japanese and Thai dishes with a full sushi bar. The coconut milk based chicken soup and the spicy tuna on crispy fried rice were tasty. For dessert I chose the cheese cake tempura; also very good, although I doubt that this is a traditional Japanese dessert.
