The reason we visited much more was due to the amazing offers they had. There were always those weird bottles that were super cheap and we wanted to try. Every time we visited this place, the employees were always super nice and personal. They always offer support. The personnel are involved in organization and cleaning. This liqueur and the market next door are one of the few clean shops I have visited from this brand. A proposal I have for others is if you buy for wine, I would go to the food side of the shops because there is a better choice. Beer is a little equivalent on each side. Of course, fleet is only in the fleet storage part. We've noticed the last couple of times shopping here that there's no bottle in sight, so that we were so scared of the visit.
I'm sorry to say I'm not going to buy here soon. On Monday I went with my husband to get some bottles of alcohol for the weekend. I hadn't been shopping here in a long time, but they had a sale that had their prices less than the other place where we usually shop. When entering the shop there was only one employee and although he was very nice and friendly, the shop itself was not COVID compliant. There were no social distancing markers (one direction Aisles) or marking on the floor in the register, the carts were not cleaned after each customer, nor there were any cleaning supplies for the carts so that the customer could clean himself. I felt quite uncomfortable and angry that they operate in this way. I will not return, no matter how big the sale is in the future.
No bad place to get a bottle or get your lottery tickets, but for God's sake Winn-Dixie please tell your employees to use Sir to address your customers. I am NOT sweetie, baby or honey! This is 2020, train your employees.
Right next to the Winn-Dixie market is the liqueur. It's like a mini-mart size. It is bright, clean and well filled with variety for size. A/C is set a minus ten degrees, so bring a sweater. Depending on the checkout, the service is politely helpful. It is located in a busy shopping center, so parking can take one minute or two depending on the day/day of the day. Good place to immerse items for a forgotten or last minute.
Excellent Winn Dixie with a huge Kosher meat section.
