Koto Japanese Steak House - Plattsburgh

I had twice the hibachi and both of them have messed up my order. the first time they served me huh, but I ordered steak. no big thing I left. mistakes happen. the second time I ordered steak and lobster and I don't have any steak at all. This time I said something to get me out of a microwave steak. it was terrible. the $35 per plate was not worth. but plus page the show was very pleasant. have not decided whether I will be back or not yet

The chef was amazing the waitress was very overwhelmed providing service to multiple tables. Yes, I would definitely go again.

I recommend that they don't sit a bunch of strangers together around the Habachi if you are a paying customer and request a Habachi and it available then you should be the only one sitting there and eating not having shellfish, and scallops, and shrimp cooked at the same time as my food we are allergic to shellfish and sat at the Habachi for 30 minutes alone waiting for our food to be cooked it's like they were waiting on filling up the Habachi with customers after we were already waiting 30 minutes I love there food but not happy with the way they do things seems like they could do things differently or people allergic to shell fish will end up with an allergic reaction

Great place! We dine here at least once a month. Love the sushi. Would be 5 ? but every once in a while the children's hibachi meals come to dining table cold, as though they've been sitting out a while.
