Starbucks - Pleasant Hill

Great branch. All though Only been here a few times the staff is friendly and patient service is fast as well

Good always the only problem they cannot write people's name and being racists its what my feeling today over there.Why they can ask me how they spelling my name and dropping my coffee in the counter.I need to asked if my coffee.? Answer like they don't care. Sorry probably neste time I will go at other around the area. Probably they feeling to much work and they don't need jobs. Sorry it's not for all employees. I feeling bad about it today.

Where to start?, the loose lids, rude staff (except 1 or 2), place cleanliness or overall negative vibe these young ladies adding to the store?..I'm a regular Starbucks customer, and as God is my witness, by far, this is the worst Starbucks store I have been to!!! Wish I could actually call someone and share my terrible overall experience with but I'm not sure it'll actually change anything. All I can say is I'll just drive a mile or 2 farther and go to a different store. I'm writing this review while I'm sitting in my vehicle after picking up an online order I placed (so I won't have to deal with the staff and yet I get my drink almost thrown at my face without greeting or bare minimum of hospitality).

I like Starbucks it's a nice place. prices are kind of high , I mean in general at all of them. You know for a cup of coffee but I'm old so I remember when it was a dime. And it was just one kind black or two kinds black or with cream. But Starbucks has some nice stuff the service here was really good. Fast, courteous, nice stafft. The people were really friendly. It's in a good location. So five stars

Clean friendly fast good people good spot. Coffee was great. And people were especially friendly.
