Cancelled stays without warning: To gather my family for my birthday, I booked 5 mobile homes 3 months in advance at Les Tamaris campsite. A week before the party I learned by the catererer that the campsite had cancelled my reservation. I went to the campsite and actually, the mobile homes were reserved for longer periods with other people without being informed. So I had to deal with a total absence of professionalism: manager unjoinable, absent, overbooking, no customer respect, no scruples, no customer relationship management. Manager who appears to me as outdated by the post and his responsibilities and who placed me in a situation vis-à-vis my guests that I would never have imagined.
