Tin Roof Wine Cafe - Plymouth

I love this place! Was recommended by a friend and so glad we spent an afternoon here eating amazing food and drinking amazing wine! And enjoying great conversation! The owners, Rachel and Chris, definitely are major food and wine experts- very knowledgeable! This is definitely a must visit when in the area and we will definitely be back!! I love Plymouth and this is in my top five places to go!

What a wonderful evening we had at the Tin Roof Cafe. We were staying next door at the Rest Hotel and they suggested we try it out. We were not disappointed. The food was so fresh, tasty, and served to perfection.As good as the food was, the service was impeccable. We were welcomed by Chris, who with his wife Rachel, own this restaurant. They have a true passion for what they do and it shows. Chris sat with us after our meal and talked to us for almost an hour and had us try so many of his delicious wines. These are not grocery store wines, nor regular wines you can find everywhere. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about wines and works tirelessly to source local boutique, family style wineries that are out of the ordinary and will “wow” his patrons.I wish them both much success, but based on our interactions with both of them last night, they will not need any luck. If you’re in the area, you have to give it a try. It’s like coming home for dinner. Thanks for a very memorable evening.

We are so glad Plymouth has another restaurant and Tin Roof is a gem! We enjoyed our dinner there and speaking with the owners Rachel and Chris. Rachel is the chef and changes her menu weekly; she features farm to fork cuisine. Chris is the bartender and is quite knowledgeable about wines. The prices are very reasonable especially compared to the other restaurant option close by. We look forward to returning the next time we stay at Rest Hotel.

Stopped in after work to have a glass of wine and a light bite. They had a great selection of wines on their list and reasonably priced! The owners were very kind and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. I had a charcuterie board to complement my wine and I must say it was a nice selection of cheese they had. I worked fine dining for many years so I tend to be picky lol but this place does not disappoint. Between the great service and good wine and cheese, I definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!
