Chick-fil-a - PLYMOUTH MEETING

Small little chicfila in a mall. Not much seating, and they get quite busy. Food was typical chicfila food.

Great food. The staff was the best. The manager Teresa was very polite and helped me with selecting something different to try. I was very pleased with the suggestion. The dining area was clean. Nothing but good things to comment on about this location.

I've ordered from this chick-fil-a twice. The first time they got the sandwich wrong. This time I'm missing items.

Bathroom 's are both out of order and I totally believe that they 're definitely out of order and not just being lazy and they don 't want to clean it, soda is flat. Long wait with bad communication, they finally give the food and hand me a large bag and don 't think that there would have been drinks included with this so I have to grab the drinks myself reaching over the counter.No napkins were included. None of the kids meals had their treat in them. The mall itself is falling apart there are almost no bathrooms that are actually open in the mall and the ones that are only have one out of multiple functioning sinks.Also they forgot to include forks or two salads. They also did not include the additional crunchy things that go along with the salads.Impressively bad experience.

Food quality was on par, no trouble. Speed of cashier and food delivery was terrible but I would still try them again, others have had no issue. Interaction was friendly.
