The burger was the worst burger I ever ate in my whole life and I love my burgers. Awful and wouldn’t recommend this place!

I visited this kebab shop late at night and was disappointed by the lack of customer service I received. The staff seemed to assume I was just another drunk customer, despite the fact that I was sober. When I tried to add some cheesy chips to my order, the server, who I believe was the owner, rolled his eyes and made it clear that my request was inconvenient for him. When I questioned his attitude, he denied rolling his eyes and responded rudely. The cheesy chips were subpar, with cheap, unmelted cheese, and the kebab was average at best. I believe that all customers, whether sober or not, deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope this establishment can improve their customer service in the future.

Fantastic Pizza - this is our top choice when it comes to pizza (outshining the usual 'big rivals'). The ingredients are of excellent quality, with abundant toppings - no shortage here! Always served piping hot and fresh. There is nowhere better in Plymouth!

I ordered two pizzas and coleslaw at 18:30 this evening 13/05 via Just Eat. The delivery was estimated between 19:25 and 19:55. At 19:45 I checked my email only to discover that the order totalling £28:10 had been cancelled. On calling the restaurant someone name Said tried to explain that there had been some sort of mix up which I did not understand. However he offered to do the order again, saying it would be with us in half an hour and that he would reduce the bill to £25. I was not really interested in a discount, merely happy that the food would be delivered and that I would pay cash. To this point Said seemed reasonable enough and I told him that if the food was good I’d be happy to leave a good review. When the food arrived at 21:00 the delivery lady asked me for £34. I told her that I was expecting to pay £25 and suggested she phone Said. Bizarrely he then insisted that he wanted £34 and when I tried to question him, reminding him the bill had never been more than £28:10 he began to rant and sadly I was unable to understand what he was saying. Finally he snapped “Give me the food back!” This I was glad to do, realising I was dealing with someone who seemed to have lost the plot. The delivery lady seemed as bemused as I was and left saying she was sorry. I have kept the order details, confirming £28:10 and will take the matter up with Just Eat. Needless to say I will not be dealing with this crazy, rip off establishment again.

We bought a takeaway from here . I have eaten from here many times with no issues. However the service was poor and trying to push items that i didn't want (maybe he had a joblot of these items). Food was awful tasteless and smothered in Mayonnaise,
