So I served myself by choosing a menu on the way in and a table...where I sat and waited to be served...and waited...and waited...and waited...and waited. At some point I approached the bar and asked what the plate you were jour. the guy behind the bar had no warning, so he called to one of the waiters who also have a note! So I asked for a glass wein and was first told that there was no eating after 2 o'clock, and secondly I had to pay in advance until there was an almighty wait and one man behind the to fight clearly. So I decided to try to wait outside for a waiter...ALL the empty tables remaining past diners meal were left on them, and pay in chalk on each table that clearly meant nothing. I waited for another 20 minutes and watched all the other customers who are served after said food orders were finished at 2pm (that was at 3pm). I wasn't even offered a drink. No one came to clarify the table or ask if I needed something, so I finally went out of the square and found another place to eat and drink. so a great location and abyss customer service, with lazy waiter past tables with crumbs, pieces salat and empty bottles and glasses. why not unique places like these use their location and get a decent manager in and coworkers who really care? I'm confused!

I was there with friends, it was a sunny day and our table was really close to the river. eating was not bad, but it wasn't extraordinary either. it was also a little pricy. for a juice, a bottle of water, two main dishes (fish and duck) and one dessert we were charged 50€.
Resto d insertion in which we like to go because the frame is fabulous! Unfortunately it's been several times since I said I'm not going anymore, and this time it's true... after forgetting for the aperitif, and after an hour of waiting, a third waiter arrived with the dessert card!! we told him that we still had our dish!he had the look surprised! after an extra hour, we left without eating! No excuse on the part of the person responsible.Just a "we are Sunday you may be patient"!!j believes that arriving at noon and leaving at 2 p.m. without eating it is being patient! Too bad... it doesn't make any more want to do good deeds! !
For a restaurant, the two basic criteria are the kitchen and "service". For the kitchen, I couldn't say because we left without eating after 1 hour. For the service, the staff is pleasant, but the organization seems more than approximate. I don't know much about the restoration but 3 different people have relayed for the different stages (reception, apéro control, meal order, etc). Which requires good communication. Apologise, lack of staff. may have been wise not to accept such a reservation if the staff did not follow. And we're full of everything, we're told: "Oh, but it's Sunday, you could be patient"Resto with a social vocation for insertion....ca was going well. We will probably let several months pass before resounding the experience. In the meantime, we're gonna make noodles at home.
