The food is incredible and truly authentic. I would give it a full 5 stars!

I ordered the cod with cornmeal and a tangy juice, and everything tasted delightful. The wait was a bit long, but it was definitely worth it!

The one-pot turkey and one-pot chicken were good, but the Haitian patties were not what we expected. They lacked the light, flaky crust and minced meat we associate with traditional Haitian patties; instead, the crust was tough and the filling was shredded meat mixed with eggs. It was a bit disappointing, although the Haitian goddess dish was still enjoyable. Your papaya drink was delicious and had a refreshing, natural taste like fresh papaya. I also suggest investing in sturdier food containers because the ones you currently use are quite flimsy.
