A very nice discovery! flavors, creativity, modernity in tradition, no fioriture, visual and taste are sufficient for themselves. The truffle is perfectly worked and emphasized just as the foie gras, stylist, pear ... . a phone reception and very hot and professional by the receptionist, a service of quality assured, among other things, by sylvia (anne) , with which the exchange was the most pleasant and friendly.
