We stumbled upon this gem on a random evening out major props to my hubby for finding it on maps 'nearby ' us. The staff are so friendly, attentive and kind. The atmosphere is relaxed yet upscale, beautiful yet comfortable. I love the selection of wines (and beers for my hubby) and the wine tastings and events are SO MUCH FUN. You get to meet a lot of people, try some delicious wines you 'd maybe not choose on your own, and also have the chance to buy them at an amazing price. The food is classic and simple yet delicious. I love the tuna tartare app, especially during happy hour! You 'll find a lot of great deals during the week and during their events. Honestly, you can 't beat it!
Great place to enjoy some wine and small plates. The expansion room is luxurious and beautiful. It's hard to find eggplant Rollatini on a menu, and boy did this one wow. It was a whole party in my mouth. The wine flights are somewhat limited. It can get loud inside. And it's pricey, though expected for the area I suppose. Service is always great and knowledgeable about the wide variety of wine.
This place has been on my list since I moved to Jacksonville and I finally made it there! My friends and I met on a Friday night for happy hour, and Coastal Wine Market was bumping! First impression was funny to see all the golf carts in the parking lot. Even though Jax is only about 35 minutes away, it feels like another world here. I was greeted as I walked in and met up with my friend who arrived early to get our table. We were seated right under the huge, custom made chandelier. This place is seriously beautiful! I love the big comfortable chairs. This is the perfect happy hour spot. I started with a glass of bordeaux that was $3 off during happy hour. We ordered the tuna wonton app, coconut shrimp, a cheese plate, and goat cheese with fig jam. The plates are small and perfect for sharing. The goat cheese with fig jam and fresh bread was my favorite. The service was great despite how busy they were. I was also very excited to see Collefrisio montepulciano on the menu. I got to know and love this wine from the few wine bars in Pittsburgh that serve it. The volume was loud inside, but this is a great place to have a fun night. My friend raves about their wine tasting nights and other events they host. I really enjoyed this place and am looking forward to going back.
I didn't really eat here I just grabbed a glass of wine. The atmosphere here is outstanding, it's plenty of parking I did try their chef's Charcuterie board and the selection of meat, cheese and nuts were good. It's a nice chill sport they you and friends or significant other can come and chill for the time being.
True hidden gem of Nocatee. For years I just thought this was a small wine bar where you purchased a few glasses of wine or a bottle. If I had only realized what an elegant, beautiful and quality venue this is with amazing food and wine. We enjoyed happy hour in the chandelier room which was intimate and cozy on a hot Florida summer evening. The wine, champagne and appetizers were perfect in every way for two former co-workers catching up. Already planning our next visit. Do not pass up the opportunity to visit this place. Make reservations too!
