Contribuisci feedbackAmazing customer service. I love this place and am addicted to thier smoothies all the workers are very knowledgeable. I couldn't make my mind up on what I wanted and the lady referred various options and just was very patient with me. Answered every question I had and wasn't aggravated (or atleast didn't sound it). Lol. I will continue to go here never disappointed.
I've had somewhat of a wonderful time eating here. The food is delicious and their smoothies are worth every cent. It's all fresh food freshly made and ready when made. The few issues I do have here are their menus. Very small, plus, no prices showing on the small menu's they have. They only show the count of the calories in each dish listed on it. You have to look at the menu behind the counter up on the wall to see the price of each dish, which I found frustrating to deal with. Plus, while I tried to eat with my family, I heard commotion coming from the kitchen, a gentleman by the name of kenu and/or keanu (not sure how to spell his name) being very loud and very rude to everyone there. He's also very rude to his employees and managers. There was a new girl working there she said who was in training as an assistant manager. He was treating her very unkindly and verh rude like as well. I came by to ask her something but was notified that she had left that company due to his behavior and nothing was done about it. Apparently other customers have been seeing this gentleman acting out, yelling and have seen him throw items through the kitchen while trying to order food, or when they are eating. Some employees have stated that all he does is sit in the cooler being on his phone and not doing anything. When he comes out, he starts his misbehavior like a 5 year old all over again. I highly suggest something be done about him. Other wise you'll lose employees and more business at this location in Ponte Vedra.
Always place my orders right, but their hours must be adjusted from 7-always whenever themorningguywakesup whenever.
A smoothie, chips and a drink and a sandwich for 14 dollars took me about 20 minutes to get after the payment. I only have 30 minutes for lunch. That was a kick in the nuts
I just don?t get it anymore. How hard is it for food service employees to get simple things correct? There is zero work ethic anymore. I ordered from here for Uber eats today. Food arrived and the smoothie was not a smoothie. It was still full of ice chunks with some chocolate flavored water in it, and it was missing the oats I paid extra for. The quesadilla, had ALL the chicken and cheese lumped in the center center.
