Very bad customer care, at no time are we asked if we want to take an aperitif or we do not bring water, bread or other to wait. After waiting 20 minutes and signing our waiting, the server finally came to take our order. More sweet apples then finally, insisting, there remained. Meals have arrived barely warm and especially not worked at all, 3 pieces of cheese placed on a 1/2 soft apple not seasoned or even open to allow the mixture with cheese! In short, a cold Christian choke! It can't be reported to the server that runs everywhere and doesn't have time to come check if everything goes well. So we brought our plate (plein) to the cash register to pay and the waiter after our explanation spontaneously tells us to remove the dish from the invoice. No concern about the principle, but we wanted to exchange it with the person in charge who, despite having properly seen our claim, did not care. After insisting on the waiter, he came to see us with a C 'What's that? looking at our plate. We explained to her that she had been served cold and there, he went straight up in the towers shouting at not paying anything and not putting his feet back at home! We did not seek the dispute and think that we remained correct and courteous but no possible speech with this gentleman who then refused to return to exchange. After ordering my plate I was satisfied .. until the salad or I found a caterpillar I told the waiter who these excuses is my fact a slight discount of 5 € not terrible.. , I accepted without making history. hygiene these essential because these scandalous to find it with a caterpillar in its plate a shame for the cuisine of this restaurant.
